Materials needed:
Photo of your model (featuring my crush =P)
A broken glass with black background
Now let’s start with this photo, open it on Photoshop.
Then open the glass one:
Put the glass image above the model layer.
Go to Image>>> Adjustments>>> Color
Balance or just press CTRL+B. Color Levels: -100, 0, +100. Midtones. Check Preserve Luminosity.
Then rotate it vertically and resize it to cover the whole
space.
Set the glass layer blending mode to Screen.
Create a new layer above the all the layers and fill it with
black.
Then go to Filter>>> Render>>> Lens Flare.
Hide this layer first and select on the glass layer. Go to
Image>>> Adjustments>>> Curves (CTRL+M). Insert the following
values: Output: 0, Input: 96.
Then set the glass layer blending mode to Pin light.
Unhide the lens layer and set the layer blending mode to
Screen. Resize and locate it to a new space where you can see it like this one
below.
Duplicate the lens layer and set the duplicated lens layer
to Linear Dodge (Add), as shown below:
Merge the two lens layer and move it to the center of the
chest of the model.
Then go to Image>>> Adjustments>>> Hue and
saturation. Put the values: Hue: +180, Saturation: +100, Lightness: 0.
Now go back to the glass layer and duplicate it three times
(CTRL+J). Merge the three duplicated glass layers and set the layer blending
mode to Screen.
Then go to Filter>>> Blur>>> Motion blur.
Put the values: angle:0, distance:45px.
Then go to Filter>>> Sharpen>>> Unsharp
mask. Put the levels: angle:13% , radius: 250.0 px, threshold: 250 levels.
Create a new layer above all the layers and fill it with #ff00ea.Then switch the blending mode to Soft Light.
Zoom in the area of the face and use the Eraser to clean the face.
Zoom out and here is the output:
