In this tutorial, I am going to show you on how to put some colors in the hair in order to have a multi-colored plastic-like hair. And I am going to put some shades and shine to the hair.
Let’s begin! First you need a picture of a woman with a long hair, or any woman with a natural hair. Just search I Google and you will find many images that you can used. Then let’s open it on Photoshop.>>>>>

Then select the Dodge Tool with a Brush: 70px, Range:
Highlights, Exposure: 30% then brighten some parts of the hair.
Then next, Select the Sharpen Tool and add some sharpness
in some parts of the hair.
And then let’s now start coloring the hair. And let’s make
of use different colors with multiple strands of the hair. Lets first use the
Polygonal Lasso Tool to create a selection and fill the selected area with the
color of #ef8008 on a new layer.
In order to fill the selected area, SHIFT+F5 then select the
color we want.
Then create five layers with any colors like these colors
respectively: #f51464, #cd1bd4, #416fb4,#41b0b4 and #b1ce06.
Then merge the Five Layers with different
colors. Then apply Filter
>>> Blur >>> Gaussian Blur.
Change layer mode into Color and see for the results.
Duplicate the current layer (CTRL+J) and reduce opacity to 30% for this layer.
And we are almost done. Select burn tool and under the image
layer (The one with a model), burn some parts of the hair and background. And
add some colors if you want by using the same process. And here it is.
