Eclipse Installation - Android Development

In this tutorial, I will teach you on how to install the software that is responsible in developing Android, Eclipse.

Software Needed:

Download Eclipse

After you downloaded the Eclipse Zip file, you need a Zip Extractor.

Pick any if you don't have yet.

Winrar Installer

Zipeg Installer

7Zip Installer

Then Extract the file.

Then open the Eclipse folder. Additional Tips: Before you decompress the zip file, copy first and paste the file inside your C drive files, specifically in Programs folder.

Then run the exe file of Eclipse.

The version as of date is Eclipse Kepler.

Specify the location of workspace to store your projects. In this tutorial, I locate my workspace in C:\Users\PCUser\workspace.

Then here is the interface of Eclipse.

After that, restart your computer.
