Yeah, according to Wikipedia, Transformers 4 will be an upcoming sci-fi action film from America. Which is this will be the 4th installment of the movie series, Transformers. And the director of the movie is Michael Bay, and script written by Ehren Kruger. And the executive producer of the film is Steven Spielberg.
